	Archbishop R. A. Gerken Visits in Schoeppner Home By Carroll, lowa Carroll Daily Herald October 5, 1937 Temptation — The home and family of Mrs. John Schoeppner was honored by a visit of Archbishop R. A. Gerken of Santa Fe, N. M., Friday. Mrs. Schoeppner's son, Rev. Clarence Schoeppner, is stationed in Santa Fe as vice-chancellor of the archdiocese and is also chaplain of St. Michaels' college there. Archbishop Gerken continued his journey Saturday morning to participate in the jubilee celebration at Dyersville, Ia.
