Accused of abuse of teenage boys in at least four lawsuits in 2002. Two plaintiffs settled in 2002. Allegations against Osgood began to surface within months of his ordination. Transferred several times because of behavior. Sent for treatment to NM. Left active ministry in 1968. Last indexed in the 1975 Official Catholic Directory. Part of NH AG's investigation, with numerous documents from his personnel file in 2003 and 2009. Included on the Santa Fe archdiocese's list of accused on September 12, 2017; assigned to a parish in Albuquerque in 1963. Per the Manchester diocese's list July 31, 2019, he was laicized and is deceased.

Osgood returned to the Albuquerque area, and his last known address was in El Monte CA in 1970. Per the Manchester diocese in 2019, Osgood is deceased.
