Osgood accused of abuse of teenage boys in at least 4 lawsuits in 2002. Two plaintiffs among 16 plaintiffs in civil suits against Diocese which settled in 2002. Allegations against Osgood began to surface within months of his ordination. Transferred several times because of behavior. Sent for treatment to New Mexico. Left active ministry in 1968. Current whereabouts unknown. Part of NH AG's investigation w/ numerous docs from personnel file.
