Indicted on four counts of abuse of minors 9/92; plea of guilty to one count. Sentenced to nine months in jail and five years probation. Total of three victims. Family of two boys settled out of court 1994. Ball criminally charged in 1999 and pleaded no contest in 2001 to thirty one counts of sexually abusing two other boys from 1979-1986. He was sentenced to three years in prison. There was a $4.2M civil settlement from Diocese & Order in 6/03.
